One-to-one, with explicit consent
Vetted Neighbor™ is a one-to-one home-services marketplace — not a lead-generation service. Here is exactly what happens when a homeowner connects with a Pro:
- 1. A homeowner searches and chooses one specific Pro from the Pros vouched for by their neighbors.
- 2. The homeowner is then asked to explicitly approve sharing their contact details with that chosen Pro.
- 3. Only after the homeowner approves is their contact info released — and only to that one chosen Pro.
- 4. That Pro pays $10 for that customer connection. The homeowner pays nothing.

We show you Pros vouched for by real neighbors. You choose ONE specific Pro, then explicitly approve sharing your contact details with that Pro. Your info is never sent to multiple Pros, never sold, and never shared with third-party lead buyers or aggregators.

Pay $10 only when a homeowner picks you
When a homeowner specifically chooses your business and approves sharing their contact details, we charge $10 to your card. You immediately receive their full contact details — name, address, phone, email, and the service they need — via text and email. No subscription. No bidding wars. No paying for shared or auctioned leads.
Vouching
How vouching works
A "vouch" is a real person saying "I worked with this Pro and I recommend them." Vouches are submitted by past customers — invited by the Pro themselves OR prompted by Vetted Neighbor™ four days after a successful connection.
Anyone can vouch — they just need to verify their phone number to prove they're a real person. We display the voucher's first name and last initial publicly (e.g., "Mike D.") to protect their privacy. Self-vouching is prohibited and detected automatically.

What Vetted Neighbor™ does and doesn't do
We are a one-to-one customer-connection marketplace — we connect Neighbors with Pros vouched for by other neighbors, only after the Neighbor explicitly approves sharing their contact details with one chosen Pro. We do NOT verify Pro credentials, licenses, insurance, background checks, or bonding. Verification of these is the responsibility of the Neighbor before hiring. We strongly encourage every Neighbor to confirm a Pro's license, insurance, and references before any work begins.
